Adoption Center

Ok so, since there are much pups and probably adults who want a pup i created adoption center. So what is it? Is an program for families. You request as a parent and i put you in the list for waiting parents when we get enough pups. Other one request his/her pup character and it's added to the list then the parent and pup chose above the list.

Rules:
Your character have to be older than one year old to be a parent
No changing of parents and pups. That means when you chose you pup/parents you stick with them till your character doesn't want or dies in rp. Chose righ person.
If you're an parent be responcible to your pup/pups no mater a RP event or something
Have fun with your new family
Also allowing a lone adult (with out mate) to have a pup
